Anthony Gilchrist McCall

Major Anthony Gilchrist McCall (7 January 1895-8 May 1978) was an Indian Civil Service officer and an officer of the British military. He was the superintendent of the Lushai Hills District from 1931 to 1943. Provided by Wikipedia
